- In ACRO 1, dancers learn basic acrobatic skills, develop motor coordination, and practice appropriate class procedures.
- In ACRO 2, dancers with a basic knowledge of acrobatics focus on developing fundamental acrobatic technique, such as handstands, chin stands, elbow stands, cartwheels, backbends, walkovers, and balance and contortion tricks. This class is great for students with a lot of energy to burn!
- In ACRO 3, dancers are expected to have a backbend kick-over, front limber (handstand to a backbend-recover), and cartwheel. Dancers learn tumbling skills such as aerials, back walkovers, and back handsprings. Partner movements are also included.
